Tours & Library Visits

Discover Your Library with a trip to Youth Services. Elementary and Middle schools, Scout groups, preschools, and other organizations are invited to contact the Library for group visits, programs, workshops, or tours. Visits may be scheduled for 25-60 minutes and may be customized to include the following:

• a Library tour (in person or virtual)
• stories - a multi-media literature sharing experience
• book talks
• tips for using the online catalog
• an introduction to online research resources
• an introduction to reference book resources
• information about library services and reading programs

Library staff also is available for presentations at staff or PTO meetings and to display information and answer questions at book fairs and open houses.
