Saturday, June 7 – In-person and online program
registration begins
Tuesday, June 24 – Telephone program registration begins
Registration & Attendance Procedures:

Child or student must be the correct age or correct grade to be registered in a
program. Each eligible person attending a program must be registered.
- Registration is on a first come basis and continues until all openings have been
filled. Drop-in seating may be available for programs. A St. Charles Library card
may be required. Inquire at the ASK ME Desk.
- Programs will begin and end promptly. Meeting Room/Story Room doors will open
10 minutes before the program is scheduled. Seating for registered participants
will be guaranteed until 5 minutes before the scheduled start time. Drop-in
seating will begin 3 minutes before the program starts. Late admittance is
limited.
Please call the ASK ME Desk at 630-584-9390 when you are unable to attend a
program for which you are registered.
Requests for special accommodations must be made 48 hours in advance of a
Library program. If assistance is needed in using the Library, please inform a
Library Assistant at the Circulation Desk.
Registration forms are available in Youth Services at the ASK ME Desk.
Three Ways to Register for Programs
We offer in person, online, and telephone registration. A St. Charles Library card is
required. Registration is on a first come basis and continues until all openings have

- IN PERSON - Register everyone in your family with one Library card and
a completed registration form at the ASK ME Desk beginning Saturday,
June 7.
- ONLINE – Register members of your family with each
person’s individual Library card via the Library’s web site beginning Saturday, June 7.

- TELEPHONE – Register everyone in your family with one Library card by
calling the ASK ME Staff at 630-584-9390 beginning Tuesday, June 24.
To apply for or renew library cards: two pieces of identification, one with name and
current address, are required of the adult applying for a personal card or cards for
their children under 18. Please check the expiration date on your Library card to be
sure it is current. Staff will be glad to assist you at the Circulation Desk.
