- 95% of respondents had a St. Charles Public Library card
- 51% use their St. Charles Public Library card and/or services once or more a week (39% were ages 46 to 64; 33% were ages 21 to 45)
- 85% of respondents indicated the Library is “very valuable” to them and their families
- 63% of patrons like to receive their information about the Library from Discover Your Library
