These plans are a Conceptual Design for the proposed remodeling and expansion of the St. Charles Public Library, as developed by Lohan Anderson working together with the Library’s administration and staff, preliminarily reviewed by the City of St. Charles, and approved by the Library Board.
While much work has gone into the development of this design, it is nevertheless intended as a starting point for review by, and discussion with, the community of St. Charles and the Library’s patrons. Through a public review process, further modifications to the design may be made, and are expected.
