Local Libraries (LINC)

If you have searched the St. Charles’ catalog and get the message "no results found" try searching : “All locations” (using the dropdown menu on the right side of the screen). If you find the item, place a hold and it will be sent to St. Charles for you to checkout.

Library Integrated Network Consortium (LINC) is a group of nine libraries that freely share material.

Interlibrary Loan (ILL)*

NOTE: Only St. Charles Public Library card holders can use this service.

• What is an Interlibrary Loan?
• I know what I want - submit an Interlibrary Loan Request (you must be a St. Charles Public Library card holder.)
• Search U.S. Libraries (Worldcat)
• A $20 service charge will be billed to your account for Interlibrary Loan items that are 14 days overdue. Standard overdue fines also will apply.

Purchase Request

Make a purchase request. We will notify you if we have questions about your request. You will be automatically placed on hold for the item.  (NOTE: Only St. Charles Public Library card holders can use this service.)
