What Is My PIN?
(Personal Identification Number)
If you have never logged into My Account and changed your PIN, your PIN is the word "changeme." For your own confidentiality please login and change your PIN.

How do I change my PIN?
  1. Click on My Account from any page
  2. Click User PIN Change
  3. Login with your library card barcode number (all 14 digits, no spaces) and your current PIN
  4. On the next screen type your current PIN in the field labeled "Current PIN"
  5. Type your new PIN and confirm your new PIN in the fields labeled "New PIN" and "Confirm New PIN"
  6. Your new PIN may be any combination of numbers and letters up to a maximum of 10 characters
  7. Click the button labeled Change PIN
