What Is My PIN?
(Personal Identification Number)

| If you have never logged into My Account and changed your PIN, your PIN is the word "changeme." For your own confidentiality please login and change your PIN. |
How do I change my PIN?
|
- Click on My Account from any page
- Click User PIN Change
- Login with your library card barcode number (all 14 digits, no spaces) and your current PIN
- On the next screen type your current PIN in the field labeled "Current PIN"
- Type your new PIN and confirm your new PIN in the fields labeled "New PIN" and "Confirm New PIN"
- Your new PIN may be any combination of numbers and letters up to a maximum of 10 characters
- Click the button labeled Change PIN
