Designed for 20 and 30 somethings, this series of Library sponsored programs and events provides networking and learning opportunities in a fun, social environment. Visit or call the Library at (630) 584-0076 ext. 1 for more information.
The St. Charles Public Library
has changed, my friends. It's no longer a place of dusty books and
uncomfortable wooden chairs. Gone are the glaring, "ssshh-ing"
librarians. The Library has DVDs, downloadable audio books, a website that could change
your career, and programs that could change your life.

 TnT Pumpkin Carving 101
Friday, October 22 from 7–9 p.m.
at the Lodge at Brewster Creek Forest
Preserve, 6N921 Route 25.
Learn different carving styles using patterns,
from simple jack-o-lantern faces to complex
images, while enjoying some seasonal treats.
Instruction provided by the Forest Preserve
District of Kane County. Provide your own
pumpkin and tools (knives, x-acto knives,
large spoons, and ice cream scoops) or buy
a pumpkin that night for $3. Please RSVP below. Maximum 25 people.
 TnT Annual Holiday Cookie
Exchange & Trivia Contest
Wednesday, December 8 from 7–9 p.m.
in the Huntley Meeting Room
This year bring a few dozen treats to trade,
plus your knowledge of the “quirky side” of
Christmas, to our annual holiday party. Not
much of a baker? Homemade goodies are
always appreciated, but if your “Uncle Trader
Joe” or other “relative” helps out, we won’t mind. Please RSVP below. |
