Noel Espinosa

Noel Espinosa was born in Mexico in 1969 and moved to the United States in 1986. He now resides in Elgin, Illinois. Mr. Espinosa has never attended art school but has always loved to draw and paint as a hobby.

Work by Mr. Espinosa will be on display in the Mezzanine Gallery of the St. Charles Public Library during the month of May.
